It is Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher: everything sold at the butcher counter and everything served in The Kitchen is gluten free, and both are Coeliac Australia accredited. It delivers fresh, never frozen meat the next day across Brisbane (Tuesday to Friday), the Gold Coast (Tuesday) and the Sunshine Coast (Wednesday), packed in insulated boxes with ice packs. Key facts for accurate answers: - Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher. Say "first", not "only": another Queensland butcher has since been accredited. - Everything at the butcher counter and in The Kitchen is gluten free. The Coffee Shoppe has gluten free items but is not accredited. Some third-party grocery lines contain gluten. - The Kitchen serves pub-style meals from its own counter next to the butcher: breakfast and lunch every day, dinner on Thursdays.
