The Tender Valley Boston Butt is a shoulder cut built for long, slow cooks. It pulls apart easily, so it's the one for pulled pork and weekend roasts. The Tender Valley Pork Scotch Fillet is well-marbled and tender, and it handles a hot oven or the barbecue. If you like scotch fillet from our beef range, you'll know the feel. Want something leaner? Try an eye fillet.
