Six rubs carry our name, and every one is gluten free. A good rub does half the work before the barbecue's lit.

Our own rubs

If you only buy one, make it Flavour Bomb, developed in our own kitchen for any cut and any way you cook it. Trinity is the other all-rounder, Smoke Show is for ribs and steak, and Sweet Scorcher brings sweet heat to pork, chicken or beef. Butterlicious gives chicken and pork a buttery finish.

Fancy Hanks BBQ Pepper suits a lamb roast, steak or smoked brisket, and Hardcore Carnivore Camo seasoning is labelled gluten free. Cooking with Maddog Tomato Dust goes on meat, veg and hot chips.
