Five flavours to pick from

Original is the place to start if you haven't tried biltong before. Chilli Garlic brings the heat, and Red Wine Garlic is richer and rounder. Bushmans suits the glovebox or the esky. Double Smoked BBQ is for anyone who likes a smoky edge.
