Beef Mince

Beef mince is the start of half the week's dinners, from burgers and meatballs to bolognese and lasagne. Ours is King Island beef from grass fed cattle, cut fresh and at your Brisbane door the next day, Tuesday to Friday.

Grass fed or regular King Island beef mince

The grass fed mince is leaner, so use it in a bolognese or lasagne. The regular mince has the fat that keeps burgers and meatballs juicy, and it comes vacuum packed. Both are gluten free, like everything sold at our butcher counter.
