They can head for the dry-aged case or fill the barbecue with our 35+ gluten free sausages, all made in-house. Our hand-linked sausages sit in natural casings, so cook them on a flat plate or skillet over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly. Never prick the skins. Cook them through to 71°C, then rest for 2 minutes.
