Sausages & Burgers at The Butcher Shoppe Cannon Hill

Every sausage we make is gluten free, and we make more than 35 kinds in-house. We're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, so the whole barbecue cooks off one grill and nobody needs a separate packet.

Beef and pork sausages, thick or thin

Our grass fed BBQ beef sausages and free range pork sausages are both made here. Both come thin for a quick weeknight or thick for going slow over the coals. The gourmet flavours rotate, and lately we've had Beef Brisket, Brazilian Asado and Beef Bacon and Maple.

Wagyu and Angus burger patties

The Magic Burger Patty is about 160g of well-marbled Australian Wagyu. Diamantina makes Angus and Wagyu patties too. Lamb koftas come in Honey Mint and Rosemary, Yiros, and Sweet Chilli Lime.
