Established in 2016 by Brad Patton, a third-generation butcher, The Butcher Shoppe has quickly earned a reputation as one of Australia’s premier butcheries. We are proud to be Queensland’s only Coeliac-accredited butcher shop, reflecting our commitment to quality and inclusivity.
Over the years, The Butcher Shoppe has become a trusted supplier to some of Queensland’s finest restaurants, and we welcome over 10,000 customers to our store every week. Our in-house kitchen is open seven days a week, offering delicious breakfast and lunch daily, as well as dinner on Thursday nights. Whether you choose to dine in or take away, you’ll enjoy fresh, expertly prepared meals.
