It suits anyone who likes a bit of fat on the plate. Rather go leaner? Look at the King Island grass fed rib. Not sold on rib? Try the 120 day grain fed sirloin.

Great Steak!

Nice and thick, great flavour, super juicy, and reliable marbling. This is always the best value steak in Brisbane and it is properly cut so you can cook it right (most butchers sell steak that’s too thin/impossible to cook).
I heavily season, leave out for an hour, and cook over charcoal (lumpy mangrove form the Charcoal Man) for ~3.5m per side with a bit of hickory or mesquite smoke. Let rest 10 mins, slice against the grain, squeeze of lemon to finish.
Only drama is you need to buy more steak than usual because guests go nuts for it.
