How to Prepare Your Christmas Ham

Your St Bernard's ham arrives ready to heat and serve. For glazed ham, simply score the skin in a diamond pattern, apply your chosen glaze generously, and bake until caramelised and golden. The ham is already fully cooked, so you're simply heating through and developing that beautiful glazed finish. For naturally smoked ham, serve at room temperature or gently warm before carving. Either way, the double smoking ensures exceptional flavour in every slice.

Glazing & Heating Methods

  • Traditional Glaze: Score skin, brush with honey mustard glaze, stud with cloves. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes per kg, basting every 20 minutes until golden and caramelised.
