Brush it on towards the end of cooking so the molasses doesn't scorch. Our hand linked sausages do well on a flat plate over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly. Don't prick the natural casings, so the juices stay inside. Cook through to 71°C, rest for 2 minutes, then add the sauce. It also works on free range chicken thigh fillets. Refrigerate after opening.
