Beerenberg Sticky Rib Sauce Marinade Russ 300ml

Beerenberg sticky rib sauce is a barbecue sauce that doubles as a ribs marinade, built on tomato, apple, plum, molasses, honey and natural smoke flavour with a bite of mustard. It's labelled gluten free, and the maker also pairs it with wings and steak.

As a sticky ribs marinade, cook low and slow in a smoker or covered oven at 110°C to 125°C. Allow roughly 1.5 to 2 hours per 500g, until a probe slides in like warm butter at 93°C to 96°C. It's high in sugar, so brush it on late to glaze without scorching. Rest wrapped in butcher paper for an hour. Try it on our St Louis pork spare ribs or beef short ribs.
