Our St Louis Pork Spare Ribs are trimmed for uniform shape and even cooking. Taken from the belly side of the rib cage, they offer a perfect balance of meat and fat – ideal for smoking, slow roasting or barbecue.
Prepared using free range Australian pork, these ribs are cut in-house and ready for your favourite rubs, marinades or low-and-slow method. Best cooked until the meat pulls back from the bone and stays juicy without falling apart.
