Our garlic and herb chicken schnitzel is a gluten free crumbed schnitzel made by Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher. There are four in each pack, ready for the pan or the oven, with the herb and garlic flavour already built in.
Pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or bake at 180°C for 18 to 22 minutes. Pull them when the thickest part reaches 74°C, then rest for 5 minutes so the moisture stays in the chicken. Cook hot and fast, because overcooking dries them out. If you'd rather keep it simple, try our plain chicken schnitzel, or browse the whole crumbed range.

Really enjoyed these. The herb and garlic flavour is lovely and the schnitzels cook up really well. Love that we have found a great gluten-free option that the whole family enjoys! We’ll definitely buy them again.
So easy to cook up! Taste sensational. Tip: try grating Parmigiano Reggiano on your schnitzel after it's cooked. Amazing.
