Coeliac families in Brisbane can buy schnitzels, pies and burger buns here without second-guessing a thing. We're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, so schnitzel night's back on and nobody cooks a second dinner.

Crumbed schnitzels and Kievs for Brisbane coeliacs

Chicken schnitzels come four to a pack, plain or herb and garlic, and the crumbed King Island steaks cook quickly. Free range chicken Kievs are filled with garlic butter, and the free range nuggets go in the pan or the oven.

Family pies and burger buns

Our family pies are made in-house and each serves three to four, in Plain, Pepper Steak, Bacon and Cheese or Chunky Steak. The gluten free burger buns come in a six pack.
