Our plain chicken schnitzel is the one the family orders on repeat. You get four gluten free schnitzels, about 700g a pack, made by our butcher in Cannon Hill with a clean crumb, so it's the chicken you taste. As Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, we make every crumbed line gluten free.
Cook it hot and fast. Pan-fry 6 to 8 minutes a side, or bake at 180°C for 18 to 22 minutes, until the thickest part hits 74°C. Rest it 5 minutes so the juices stay in. Overcook it and it dries out. Want more flavour? Try the herb and garlic schnitzels or browse the crumbed range.
