Chicken wing nibbles are the easy way to feed a crowd, and ours come free range and already marinated in Honey Soy, Spicy Buffalo or Honey Pepper. Every marinade is gluten free, made by Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, so coeliac guests can dig in too.

Cooking & Temperature Guide

Bake at 180°C for 18 to 22 minutes, or pan-sear and grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side. Cook them hot and fast, and check the thickest part reads 74°C. Overcook them and they dry out.
