Our chipotle beef roast comes marinated in smoky chipotle, so the seasoning's already done and there's nothing to mix on the day. It's a tender roast made for a hearty dinner, and like everything at The Butcher Shoppe's butcher counter, it's gluten free.
Sear it hot in cast iron or on a screaming hot grill, salting just before it hits the heat. Pull it at 52°C for medium-rare, or take it to 58°C for medium. Rest it on a warm board for 5 to 8 minutes before carving so the juices settle back into the muscle. Prefer something milder? Try the red wine and garlic beef roast, or browse our Sunday roast range.
