Product Description

Free range middle bacon gives you a tender eye of meat on one side and a streak of fat that crisps at the edge on the other. It's what a bacon butcher keeps in the case, with a balanced fat-to-meat ratio, and everything at our counter is gluten free.

Cooking & Temperature Guide

Heat a cast iron pan or grill to medium-high and lay the rashers in without crowding. Give each side two to three minutes, turning once, until the edges go golden and the fat turns glassy. Skip the extra salt, because butchers bacon is already cured. Rest it on paper for a minute to keep it crisp. Add Grazing Girl free range eggs and our sausages for a full brunch.
