Gold Gourmet Jalapeno Salsa 500ml

This jalapeno salsa from Gold Gourmet Foods, a Gold Coast maker, brings a fiery, zesty kick to tacos, quesadillas and grilled meats. It comes in a 500ml easy squeeze bottle, so you can add as much or as little heat as you like.

It's at its best beside a hot, fast cook. For steak, get a pan or grill screaming hot and give a 2.5cm cut 2 to 3 minutes a side, seasoning with salt just before it hits the heat.
