Product Description

Honey mint lamb chops are the easy way to get mint and lamb on the table without any prep. Marinated in-house, the honey caramelises as the chops cook and the mint comes through clean, the classic pairing that has sat next to lamb for generations.

Cooking & Temperature Guide

The research-backed low and slow method suits tougher cuts like ribs, so for chops we'd go hotter and quicker. Cook them on a medium-hot barbecue or pan, turning once, and keep an eye on the honey so it caramelises without burning. Rest them a few minutes before serving. If you're after a longer cook, try our lamb ribs in honey, mint and rosemary, done low at 110°C until probe tender at 93°C to 96°C. More ready-to-cook options sit in our marinated range.
