A King Island beef rack is the roast to carve at the table, cutting down between the bones while everyone watches.

It's King Island grass fed beef, left as a traditional rack. Roast it whole and carve thick cutlets, or if it's too hot for the oven, cut the cutlets first and barbecue them.

It's gluten free, like everything sold at our counter. Prefer boneless? The rib fillet roast is with our Christmas roasts.
