Product Description

Beef bulgogi is thinly sliced Korean-style marinated beef, made by our family, three generations in the butcher trade, in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. It's gluten free, marinade included, so the whole table can eat it. Everything from our butcher counter is, and we're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher.

Cooking & Temperature Guide

Get a cast iron pan or barbecue flat plate smoking hot, then cook in small batches so the slices sear instead of stew. Thin beef needs only a couple of minutes, turned once the edges caramelise. For medium-rare pull it at 52°C, or 58 to 60°C for medium. Rest 5 minutes, then serve over steamed rice.
