Heat the potato bake in a 180°C oven for 18 to 22 minutes until it's hot through the centre and the top has taken some colour. Rest it for 5 minutes before serving so it holds its shape on the plate. It suits a Sunday roast or steak off the grill, and sits well beside the rest of our ready made meals like the lasagna.
