Product Description

Southern fried chicken from our ready made counter goes straight from the pack to the pan with no prep. It's a crisp chicken southern style coating, made in-house by The Butcher Shoppe. Like everything we make, it's gluten free, and we're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher.

Cook it hot and fast. Pan-sear on a medium-high heat, turning once, or bake at 180°C for 18 to 22 minutes until the thickest part reads 74°C. Rest it for 5 minutes so the moisture stays inside, because overcooked chicken dries out quickly.
