This boneless Christmas leg ham from St Bernard's is double smoked for rich flavour and a smooth, even texture. It’s easy to carve and works well served cold or finished with a glaze for a traditional Christmas lunch. Supplied either naturally smoked or prepped ready to glaze with one of our signature blends. Gluten-free and prepared fresh in our Cannon Hill Brisbane butcher shop.
