This drink bottle is our own, made for the people who shop with us and for anyone with a butcher-loving mate in Brisbane. It comes as a Bottle or a Coffee Cup, and both are available now.
It's a handy one to keep beside the grill. Sear a 2.5cm steak hard for 2 to 3 minutes a side. Pull it at 52°C for medium-rare, then rest it on a warm board for 5 minutes so the juices settle back into the muscle. Pair it with a flat cap from the same range, or let them choose with a gift card.
