The Butcher Shoppe House Made Burger Sauce

Our house made burger sauce is made in-house at The Butcher Shoppe, so it goes with the burgers and sausages we make across the counter. Like everything we make, it's gluten free, which means coeliac families can grab a bottle without checking the label twice.

Put it on a burger, a steak sandwich or a sausage in a roll. For sausages, cook them on a flat plate or skillet over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until they reach 71°C in the centre. Never prick the natural casings, as that lets the juices out. Rest them for 2 minutes, then add the sauce. Browse our sausages to match, or see our other sauces.
