Product Description

The Wanderer Rump Cap is a premium cut taken from grain-fed, grass-finished cattle. Known for its balanced marbling and natural flavour, this rump cap is left with its fat layer intact to baste the meat as it cooks – ideal for roasting whole, grilling or slicing for barbecue.

Also known as picanha, it’s a favourite for churrasco-style cooking and delivers great results when cooked over charcoal or finished in the oven. Best served medium rare and sliced across the grain.
