The cattle graze on Bass Strait pastures, which means their meat has a leaner profile and a clean, savoury flavour that stands up to bold sauces and spices. Unlike frozen alternatives that are thawed and refrozen during transit, ours arrives in an insulated box with ice packs the next day after being cut and packed fresh in our kitchen.
