These milk burger buns are soft, lightly sweet milk buns that hold a juicy patty without falling apart. The 6 pack buns are a grocery line we stock to sit alongside our burgers, and they're not gluten free. If you're cooking for a coeliac, grab our gluten free burger buns instead.
Cook your burger patties on a flat plate or skillet over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until they reach 71°C in the centre. Rest them for 2 minutes while you toast the cut side of each bun. Add a slice of burger cheese and build.
