Bake it uncovered at 180°C for 18 to 22 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling, with the centre reaching 74°C. Cook it hot and keep the time short, because overcooking dries it out and the sauce loses its creaminess. Rest it 5 minutes so it sets enough to scoop cleanly. It sits well beside our potato bake, and there's more in our ready made meals.
