It's a natural on a burger. Get a cast iron flat plate or grill screaming hot, then cook the patty for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until it reaches 65°C for medium or up to 71°C for well done. Don't press down with a spatula, or you'll squeeze out the savoury juices. Rest it 1 to 2 minutes on the toasted bun, then spoon the sauce over. Shake the bottle first and refrigerate after opening. It's just as good with free range chicken breast. For something smoky, try the Roadhouse Steak Sauce.
