Big Rick's with a bite bbq sauce has the same big, rich, smoky tomato flavour as the Original, with a hint of chipotle chilli for a little zing. Chipotle is smoke-dried jalapeño, and it's used sparingly, so it's far milder than most American or Mexican sauces. The maker says all its sauces are gluten free. It contains traces of soy protein.

Use it as a dipping sauce, a pizza base, on ribs, or mixed through a burger. It's a good match for our Magic Burger Patty. Cooking a sausage alongside? Use a flat plate or skillet on gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until it's cooked through to 71°C. Don't prick natural casings, so the juices stay inside. Rest for 2 minutes.
