Our Caesar salad is made in store at The Butcher Shoppe in Cannon Hill, with crisp cos lettuce, bacon, shaved parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing. Everything we make is gluten free, and we're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, so coeliac families can eat it with confidence. It's collected in store only.
Want more protein on top? Add a free range chicken breast and cook it hot and fast. Pan-sear 6 to 8 minutes per side, or bake at 180°C for 18 to 22 minutes, until it reaches 74°C in the thickest part. Rest it 5 minutes before slicing so the juices stay in the meat.
