Product Description
Our apricot and macadamia stuffing is one a coeliac guest can actually eat. We make it ourselves as a gluten free dry stuffing, with citrus peel and fig through it.
Pack it into turkey, pork or chicken, or bake a tray on its own. It's also rolled into the stuffed porchetta. It contains macadamia, so mind any nut allergy.
We're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher. Pair it with a bird from our Christmas turkey range.
