Product Description

Lettuce cups, dumplings and noodle stir-fries all start with a good tub of free range pork mince. It's mild and sweet, so it takes ginger, garlic and chilli well. Everything at our butcher counter is gluten-free, and The Butcher Shoppe is Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher.

Use a skillet or the barbecue flat plate on gentle medium heat, and keep breaking the mince up as it cooks so there are no large lumps.
