Product Description

Our gourmet flavoured sausages are made in-house in Cannon Hill and hand linked in natural casings. Choose from Lamb & Rosemary, Irish Pork, Fried Chicken, Worcestershire Steak, Beef Brisket, Manuka Honey, English Cumberland or Fresh Italian Pork. They're gluten free, from Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher.

Cooking & Temperature Guide

Cook them on a barbecue flat plate or in a skillet over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until they reach 71°C at the centre. Never prick the skins with a fork, because the natural casing is what keeps the juices in. Rest for 2 minutes, then serve on our gluten free buns.
