Gluten Free at The Butcher Shoppe Cannon Hill

A gluten free butcher should mean the whole counter, and here it does. We're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, and everything sold at our butcher counter is gluten free, so you don't need to ask.

Gluten free sausages, schnitzels and pies

We make more than 35 sausage varieties ourselves, so one batch on the barbecue feeds everyone. Our chicken schnitzels, Kievs, nuggets and crumbed cutlets use gluten free crumbs, and the family pies come in Plain, Pepper Steak, Bacon and Cheese or Chunky Steak. Our own rubs and sauces, and the Christmas hams, turkeys and stuffings, are gluten free too.

Is The Kitchen gluten free?

Yes. The Kitchen, next to the butcher counter, is accredited too, so its breakfast, lunch and Thursday dinner are all gluten free.

Is anything in the Christmas range not gluten free?

One thing. The Secret Ingredient turkey gravy contains gluten.
