Product Description
Our oven baked turkey breast is for the host whose oven is already full of potatoes.
We bake the boneless free range breast here, so it's fully cooked and ready to slice. Serve it cold on Christmas Day, then keep carving for Boxing Day rolls. It comes plain, so for a stuffed turkey choose the Lilydale breast.
It's gluten free, so the coeliac guests can have it too. Both are in our Christmas turkey range.

Having a pre-baked turkey was such a stress-relief! Not wanting to poison my guests on their first christmas at ours, I chose this option to save timebut also the fear of undercooking poultry!
It was so perfect, reheated perfectly and guests loved how juicy it was! No dry turkeys here!
