Being a Chef for over 40 years I have cooked and tasted some of Australia’s best rib fillet. But it’s nice to see you supply what I believe to be the best meat in Aus at the moment! Bass strait meat rules as far as I’m concerned, it’s tender, juicy and what’s missing in a lot of fillet you get today, FLAVOUR!! It was super tasty.
