Product Description
A Lilydale free range roasting chicken is the easy answer when a turkey's more bird than your table needs, and the kids will eat it.
Stuff it with Cranberry, Apple and Pistachio, or Citrus Peel, Fig, Apricot and Macadamia, both made by us, and roast it like any Sunday. On a big day it's the second roast for guests who skip pork.
The chicken and the stuffings are gluten free. The duck and porchetta are with our Christmas roasts.
