It's a free range leg, smoked twice, with a firmer texture and a stronger smoke than the Zammit half leg. Choose ready to glaze if you'd like the prep done for you.

Best ham we've ever had. Will definitely be buying another next Christmas. Really made Christmas dinner so much better. And we had leftovers for only a few days because everyone kept snacking on it.
