Our flavour bomb rub is a gluten free blend made in-house by the family at The Butcher Shoppe, and it's the one customers ask for as the butcher bomb. The 300g pack covers steaks, chops and plenty of weekend barbecues.
Season generously just before the meat hits the pan. For a 2.5cm steak, get cast iron or a grill screaming hot and give each side a hard sear of about 2 to 3 minutes. Pull at 52°C, then rest 5 to 8 minutes on a warm board for medium-rare. It also comes in our Low & Slow Dream Box alongside the Smoke Show rub, and you'll find the full lineup in our rubs.
