Spoon it on at the table rather than on the grill, so the sugars don't catch. Cook sausages on a barbecue flat plate or in a skillet over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until they're cooked through to 71°C. Never prick the natural casings, so the juices stay inside. Rest for 2 minutes, then sauce up. Pair it with our sausages and burgers, or browse the full range of house made rubs and sauces.
