Our sweet stinger sauce is made by The Butcher Shoppe and bottled in 500ml. It's one of our own-brand sauces, gluten free like everything we make, for anyone chasing a stinger sauce with real bite. It suits grilled chicken and makes a handy dipping sauce.
It's a natural match for our sausages. Cook them on a flat plate or in a skillet over gentle medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly, until they reach 71°C in the centre. Our natural casings are hand linked, so never prick them with a fork. Rest for 2 minutes, then spoon the sweet-stinger over or serve it on the side. Find more in our house made rubs and sauces.
