Our gourmet sauces start with our own range, and every bottle under our name is gluten free. The rest of the shelf is sauces that suit the meat.

Our own hot sauces and steak sauces

House Sauce is the all-rounder, with a tomato tang and gentle heat. Sweet Stinger brings honey and crushed chilli, and Afterburner runs on habanero and cayenne for anyone who wants it hot. Our house-made mushroom and pepper sauces are made for steak night.

BBQ sauce, chimichurri and mustard

Gold Gourmet Sticky Rib Sauce and the Big Rick's range are for ribs, and Big Rick's Hot As Hell runs on Carolina Reaper. El Chori chimichurri goes over a grilled steak, and Beerenberg mustards suit cold meats and a ham sandwich.
