Product Description

Beerenberg hot english mustard is a sharp, no-nonsense jar made with mustard seeds, vinegar and spice. It's vegan and gluten free, and it contains sulphites. Beerenberg calls it the go-to condiment, smothered on a slab of ham in thick white bread, and we wouldn't argue.

Cooking & Temperature Guide

Spoon it beside a steak seared hard in a hot cast iron pan, pulled at 52°C for medium-rare and rested 5 minutes on a warm board. A little goes a long way against rich beef, so start light. It's just as at home with shaved leg ham or a thick slice from our ham range, and with crusty bread or a good cheese. Refrigerate after opening.
