Product Description

Our shaved leg ham is made in-house from Australian pork and double smoked, then sliced thin for sandwiches, salads and grazing boards. It's the shaved ham to ask for when you want smoky flavour in every fold. It's also gluten free, which matters because not every ham is. Smallgoods can contain gluten unless labelled, and we're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher.

It's ready to eat straight from the pack. To serve it warm, pan-sear or grill over medium-high heat, around 4 to 5 minutes a side, until the centre reads 63°C to 65°C. If there's a fat strip on the edge, stand it on its side first so it crisps. Rest it for 5 minutes. For a thicker, carved slice, try our sliced leg ham off the bone.
