Good ham gets you through a week of lunchboxes, and both of ours are leg ham from Australian pork, gluten free and sliced for sandwiches. We're Queensland's first Coeliac Australia accredited butcher, so the coeliac kid takes the same ham to school as everyone else.

Shaved leg ham or ham off the bone

The shaved leg ham is double smoked in-house and sliced thin enough to fold into a roll. Leg ham off the bone comes in thicker slices with more bite, and it's our pick for a toasted sandwich.
